Randy, Let me know how the 90s is coming along...I used to own it (I'm in S.F.) I sold it to the guy you bought it from, and he was going to restore it...I now have a little yamaha rat bike for around town...not nearly as cool as my 90s, but I don't have to care about it. Good luck with the old beast, it was a good bike. Kent

Saw your BMW Cruser project on Chromeheads. The bike looks really amazing. I have a R1200CLC also. Which I mainly got due to the cruse control and brakeing system. I have a bad right hand due to an accident at work. Can't use the front brake and to roll the throatle on I have to rotate my sholder. My question is. Can a quicker turning throatle be made for my bike. One third turn is full open or one quarter turn is full open. Any input would be appreciated. Dave Holt daveholt46@msn.com Reisterstown, Maryland

The cruiser has possibilities. I'm in the process of putting together a /2 conversion using a R100 engine and drivetrain. Your cruiser interests me especially because I would like to kick the rake out to 35 deg. but I can't find raked trees to adjust the trail and decent risers and bars to fit BMW are scarce.

You may want to try to weld on a later model sport bike gooseneck to get what you want.

Hello master I have been looking for successful examples of Beemer cruiser for a very long time, most of them are made in former eastern Germany, eastern Europe countries and former Soviet Union, and the bike frames changed from Ural or China Changjiang, engine copied WW2 BMW R71 or R75.I was dreaming of building a Beemer Cruiser with newer engine and American style chopper frames even single rear arm. Then I goggled your website by accident today and found that you've made it. You are so great man who did so great job. Northwood from China mainland
